Cancellation Policy
To help us offer waitlisted members the opportunity to attend, please cancel your class at least 8 hours before it starts using the app. Cancellation cut-off times: • 8:00 AM classes: 12:00 AM (midnight) on the day of the class. • 5:00 PM classes: 9:00 AM on the day of the class. Late cancellations or no-shows will forfeit one class credit.
